Pferd 44201 1″ Non-Woven Polinox Cross Buffs with Aluminum Oxide are a type of buffing wheel made from a non-woven material impregnated with aluminum oxide abrasive. The non-woven abrasive is star-shaped and stacked in layers which are connected in the centre. It offers outstanding performance, specifically when used for tight work areas such as holes, recesses and hard-to-reach places. The cross buff design allows for a more aggressive cutting action, making it well-suited for heavy-duty applications such as removing rust, scale, and burrs. POLINOX 44201 Cross Buffs consist of non-woven polyamide abrasive, into which abrasive grain is integrated. The wide range of hardness grades and different configurations allow a variety of surface structures and roughness levels to be achieved. The aluminum oxide abrasive provides a fast cut rate and a high level of durability. These buffs are suitable for use on ferrous and non-ferrous metals, as well as on wood and plastic.
